Personal Alarms

In many states, or municipalities where it is illegal to carry pepper spray, or a stun gun, people have taken to carrying a a small, hand held alarm, to help protect themselves. Criminals do not like lights, or noise, so that can be your best defense in an urgent situation.

We carry a wide variety of Personal Safety Alarms for your self defense needs. They are very simple to operate and a useful tool, since most are used as a flashlight, to light your way, but with the easy touch of a button, or pull of a wrist disable pin, everyone will hear a loud decibel alarm, to alert people nearby, that you are in danger and need assistance.

We also carry a Child Safety Alert, that you and your little one can wear on your wrist, and keep them close at hand. Next time your toddler ventures off under the nearest coat rack, all you have to do is press the button on your end, and a loud alarm will sound, notifying you of the location of your little guy. This can also be used on your pets as well. Have you ever locked your cat in the garage over night? Just sound the alarm, before you lock up, and you will know exactly where your sneaky cat is located.

Can The Personal Alarm Pin Be Reused, Or Is It A One Time Use Thing?

You can use our Personal Alarms again and again. Just pull out to pin to hear the loud decibel alarm, then reset the pin back, to silence it. The batteries will last for months, but you can test the charge on them by pulling out the pin and seeing if the alarm will sound. It is a good idea to test your Personal Alarm monthly, to ensure it is in good working order, in case you need it in an emergency. Using the attached flashlight, will also drain the battery.

Can These Alarms Be Operated With One Hand?

Yes, these alarms are made to be quick and easy to set off, in the event of an attack. You can pull the quick release wrist disable pin, or simply push a button. These Personal Safety Alarms, should be in your hand, as you head out to the parking lot, or while you are on your daily walk. You do not want to be fumbling around in your purse or in your pockets, if you are assaulted. Always remain alert and ready at all times. The people that are attacked, usually are not paying attention, and are thus taken by surprise.

What Is To Stop An Attacker From Just Kicking It Away, Once The Alarm Goes Off?

Throwing or kicking the device away, can actually be used as a strategy in your favor. The potential attacker, will then have to choose between trying to locate and silence the alarm, or continuing to harm you. The alarm will not stop beeping, until either the pin is placed back in, or you push the button on the device, or the batteries finally run dead. This eliminates the element of surprise, creates unwanted attention and they must now decide on a new strategy, which just may be the few seconds that you need to get away, and seek help
